Production & Dispatch Times
Production: 2-7 business days
Each piece is crafted with care. Production time varies based on product type and current demand, but we aim to have your order ready within 2-7 business days.
Shipping:
UK Standard: 2-4 business days
UK Express: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
International: 7-14 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: 30 days from delivery
Eligible Returns:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags still attached
Manufacturing defects or quality issues (we'll cover return shipping)
Wrong size or item (standard return process applies)
Please note: Because each piece is crafted to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. We inspect every garment before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
